Shawna Janikowski

I did switch to Shawna from a previous broker as Shawna was very proactive in her search for homes that were part of my criteria. She was also very patient with me as my criteria would change through out the process and she was able to adapt to those changes to find better matches for me view.

She walked me through the process and was able to help me navigate through the documentation as needed. Made her self available and was able to help me manage my responses as the contract we worked on was a speedy one. I think if we did not amhanfle the front end, (my part ) of escrow is early on, we might of had issues closing (none due to Shawna) due to unforeseen issues with my selected lender. When thing fell through with my selected lender she was able to find a lender that could make the contract go through with a monthly payment comparable to my intitial lender.

Overall I am pleased with Shawna as an agent. She was very tenacious in her search for my new home. Also her past exeperience with in the insurance business gave her insight to the viewing of the home we saw in person on the potential of being able to insure a lot or not. In the final transactions, was able to help me close the deal with her known lende contacts and quick thinking.
